What we keep,
and why.

This page has one form: the waiting list for LiveScene. Here is what signing up means, in plain words. Last updated 9 October 2026.

What we collect

Your email address, whether you told us you are an artist or performer, a venue or a fan, and the date you signed up. That is everything the form sends. The only reason we ask who you are is so that we can write to each group about what matters to them.

We also count visits to this page with PostHog: the pages you view, when, and the rough location your connection suggests, under a random identifier stored in your browser. No recordings of what you do, no tracking across other sites, and your browser’s Do Not Track setting is honoured.

Why

To send you one email when LiveScene opens and, if you asked for founding-artist or venue access, what you need to get in first. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share the list.

Where it lives

The list is kept in Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), whose servers are in the United States, under Mailchimp’s own privacy policy. The visit counts are kept by PostHog, also in the United States. Neither gets more than what is described above.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, or until the waiting list closes after launch, whichever comes first. The visit counts are kept for a year.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and that is the end of it. You can also write to info@livescene.app to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Who we are

LiveScene is made by SilverBirch Ventures Inc., Canada. Questions about privacy go to the directors of SilverBirch Ventures Inc. at info@livescene.app, who are responsible for how this information is handled.

When the app opens

This notice covers the waiting list only. The full LiveScene privacy policy, in English and French, will replace it at this address before the app launches, and we will tell the list when it does.
